About Kristie
I created Soul Vibes with love and understanding, that as humans one of our essential needs is connection – connection to self, to others and to God. It is my hope that during and after our sessions you feel connected to your mind, body, and soul. I believe in intuition – that feeling that when we know – we just know! I know my purpose is to help others discover their magnificence and reconnect them to their authentic self. I am motivating, uplifting, and I believe deeply in what I do. I believe in the exciting promise that your life has to offer our world!
Selecting a Life Coach is a very personal decision. Much of this is how I came to the name Soul Vibes. I believe in connection and hope that each and every one of my clients will feel a soul connection with me. It will deepen our work in your sessions and make the experience that much more meaningful. I encourage all potential clients to think and feel deeply when considering a Life Coach, or any avenue of self help/growth.
So how can I help you?
I have completed 120 hours of in depth, experiential coursework, through Seattle Life Coach Training. I possess a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies through ASU, with concentrations in Communication and Political Science. Most important to me, is that I understand life can be the best classroom. The lessons it doles out are challenging, beautiful, frightening, and I could offer a “fill-in-the blank” line here. Life has been my wisest teacher. I have years of experience that go beyond traditional schooling and the classroom.
I am a sexual assault survivor, I have overcome PTSD, anxiety and depression. I am a proud mother of three amazing boys! I am a twin mom; having undergone various fertility treatments before landing on IVF and having our twin boys. For twelve incredible years, I have been married to the most amazing man. I love being active – working out and running have always been a passion of mine. I love to learn, so I spend much of my time reading and writing. I enjoy quality time with family, friends and our two dogs. My peace is often found outdoors in the fresh air.
I believe at some point we need to stop waiting for things to get easier or waiting for others to change. Instead, we must create the change within. We are much stronger than we give ourselves credit for. Life doesn’t always get easier; we learn, we grow, and we become stronger. When we begin to value the power of our choices, we then begin to make better decisions.
It was in my own suffering, that I discovered the power of perspective and my will to fight. In no way did this diminish the importance and validity of what had happened to me. It allowed me the opportunity to see my struggles as challenges, and we are meant to overcome challenges. It was with this perspective, that I harnessed my strength, in my weakness, I found clarity. Though small at first, it was this hope that saved my life. Failure is not the end result – rather it is a foundation in which we learn and bloom. We can lean into our fears and stop them from detouring us away from our dreams. This is all possible! Are you ready? Let’s vibe!
