The Session
I begin each session with a conversation about what's coming up for you — what you want to work on, what feelings are present, and what you want to walk away with.
Using a calming, guided visualization technique, you're led into a deeply relaxed — but always alert — state. Think of it as guided meditation, but with a very specific neurological purpose.
In this receptive state, I introduce carefully crafted suggestions and imagery that guide your subconscious toward the beliefs, responses, and patterns you actually want.
You receive a personalized hypnosis audio recording to reinforce the session's work between appointments — accelerating your results significantly.
