A Sound Bath is an immersive, full-body meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves. Unlike a traditional concert, these frequencies are produced by therapeutic instruments — quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and hand-tuned chimes.
These sounds trigger a "frequency follow response," slowing your brainwaves from active thinking (Beta) to deep relaxation (Alpha/Theta) — the same state where your body naturally heals and restores itself.
The floating element removes physical pressure entirely. Supported by floats, your nervous system surrenders at a level simply not possible lying on a yoga mat. It is transformative in the truest sense of the word.

Absolutely. No prior meditation experience is required — or even helpful. The sound frequencies do the "work" for you, guiding your nervous system into a restorative state naturally. It is the perfect entry point for those who find traditional meditation difficult or frustrating.
Travel is included within 20 miles of zip code 85212 (Mesa, AZ). For locations beyond this radius, a travel fee starting at $75 will apply based on the total driving distance. This will be discussed and confirmed during your Discovery Call.
Due to the intimate nature and limited floating equipment available, I require 48-hour notice for a credit toward a future session. Please contact me as early as possible if your plans change — I always do my best to accommodate.
